Located in the cellars of our 400-year-old, Grade-I listed Hensol Castle, Hensol Castle Distillery has been producing its own brand of award-winning gin since late 2021 and the distillery is now releasing its own brand of spiced rum. Hensol Castle Spiced Rum is a triple distilled Caribbean base rum distilled for a fourth time with madagascan vanilla, luxurious caramel and vanilla, fresh lime and orange peel, spiced berries, cinnamon and nutmeg.
