Equinox is our first Port cask release. The ex-Port fill cask was resized to a 164L (over-sized) quarter cask by Speyside Cooperage and was filled with our new make spirit on the Vernal Equinox in 2020 (20th March). Disgorging took place on the Autumnal Equinox in 2023 (23 September). These dates are significant in so much as they reflect the scarce nature of this whisky: we only fill a few casks a year and it will always be around an Equinox.
