Wonky Strawberry Gin – Penrhos Spirits
Made using surplus strawberries from their family-run farm in Herefordshire, this gin is bright, fruit-forward and rooted in a low-waste approach. A great pick for summer G&Ts.
“Made with Arbikie Barley” 2025 – Isle of Raasay Distillers
This new single malt uses barley grown on Arbikie’s coastal farm in Angus. Distilled and matured on Raasay, it shows how collaboration can support provenance and traceability across every stage of production.
Jester Aged Rum Sherry Expression – Shakespeare Distillery
Aged in Oloroso sherry casks and released in a limited run of just 120 bottles, this small-batch rum is soft, rich and layered. Bottled by hand and full of character.
Manchester Gin Rhubarb & Elderflower – The Spirit of Manchester Distillery
A fresh twist on a proven favourite. Floral, sharp and balanced, this new release is designed with long drinks in mind and fits perfectly into the distillery’s core gin lineup.
Exmoor Gold Gin – Wicked Wolf Distillery
Created in collaboration with Exmoor Ales, this is a London Dry gin distilled with the award-winning Exmoor Gold beer as a botanical. Malty, dry and unmistakably rooted in the region.
